I have a deep interest in visceral, avant-garde visual art and aesthetics. The works/writings of Francis Bacon, Hilma af Klint, Mark Rothko, and Susan Sontag figure prominently in how I think about form, sensation, and the limits of interpretation. My work at the intersection of mathematics, philosophy of science, and foundations of physics is merely the outlet of an aesthetic sensibility.
